PSF Enterprises, Inc. was privileged to be a member of the team awarded the Best of 1999 Award of Merit in the Outstanding Renovation/Restoration Category, by Texas Construction magazine. Seven judges representing the fields of construction, engineering, architecture, consulting, administration, and research, reviewed more than sixty submissions in thirteen categories to determine which Texas projects should receive recognition. Using a numerical grading system, judges scored projects on five criteria:

• Quality of Construction
• Innovation
• Contribution to Industry
• Ability to Overcome Challenges
• Overall Excellence

The 300,000 square foot Crestpark Condominium project, undertaken by Cadence McShane Corporation, included a new three-level, twenty-seven unit condominium building with two levels of underground parking, renovation of a two-story, twenty-five unit building constructed in the 1980's, and the complete interior and partial exterior demolition and renovation of an eleven-story building constructed in the early 1950's. PSF Enterprises Inc.'s contribution to the project involved all rooftop renovations and hardscape including swimming pools, terraces, outdoor fireplaces, fountains, and decking.
