Paul's career has not always been in the pool/hardscape construction business. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Biology, and then attended graduate school at the Institute of Marine Science, at the University of Miami. After completion of graduate school, Paul began his career as a Biology Teacher at W.T. White High School in Dallas, Texas.

His career in the construction field began during his summer breaks, where he sold and later designed swimming pools. Once realizing that this had become a passion of his, he made a career change and resigned from teaching to pursue the dream of owning his own company. Paul then founded PSF Enterprises, Inc. and began designing and constructing swimming pools. PSF Enterprises, Inc. has been in the business for over thirty-five years and been at the top in this highly competitive market. Paul has acquired such expertise and knowledge over the years that he is often called upon to consult on many multi-million dollar projects worldwide.

He has been recognized and honored by Texas Construction Magazine and has earned their highly coveted 'Merit for Outstanding Renovation/Restoration Award'. Paul continues to work hand-in-hand with the top Architectural Firms, Builders, Designers, and General Contracting Firms not only in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, but all over the country. What sets him apart is that he is never content with anything less than the best, and has assembled one of the most talented teams and staff to assist in implementing his vision.

PSF Enterprises, Inc. provides a vast array of services; from residential pools and decks, to commercial streambeds and rooftop plazas. Paul takes pride in educating his client(s) through every aspect of the project. His philosophy is, "Regardless of the scope of the project, the client remains the single most important element of the project from start to finish, and long after."
